CHAPTER 397 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF DEDHAM TO REIMBURSE CERTAIN SEWER FEES PAID IN ERROR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law or by-law to the contrary, the town of Dedham is hereby authorized to reimburse Douglas DeNatale the sum of one thousand fifty-three dollars and sixty-seven cents for sewer fees erroneously paid to said town for the years nineteen hundred and eighty-nine to nineteen hundred and ninety-four, inclusive.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
