CHAPTER 412 AN ACT EXEMPTING CERTAIN POSITIONS IN THE TOWN OF SHREWSBURY FROM THE CIVIL SERVICE LAW.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The positions of foreman and general foreman in the highway, sewer and water and park and cemetery departments of the town of Shrewsbury shall be exempt from the provisions of chapter thirty-one of the General Laws.
