Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of chapter eighty of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of Mashpee is hereby authorized to assess betterments for improvements to High Sachem road, Matchewuttah road, Papnommett road, Ships Lantern drive, Clipper street, Compass drive, Topsail road, Ships Rudder drive, Ships Wheel drive, Davit road, Porthole drive, Ships Anchor drive, Shipwreck drive, Vista circle, Scituate road, Alden road, Essex road, Oregon road, Radcliffe road, Brewster road, Chatham lane, Harwich road, Dennis road, and Truro road, all in the town of Mashpee, which betterments were authorized pursuant to vote of the town meeting.
