CHAPTER 441 AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE LICENSING OF MOTELS WITHIN THE CITY OF REVERE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections thirty-two B to thirty-two S, inclusive, of chapter one hundred and forty of the General Laws, the license commission of the city of Revere is hereby authorized to exercise all of the powers and duties of the board of health with respect to the grant, suspension and revocation of licenses for motels.
