Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 8E of chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 11, the word "seven" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- twenty-one.

SECTION 2. This act shall apply to a city or town that accepted section eight E of chapter forty of the General Laws before the effective date of this act, and to a city or town that accepts said section eight E after said effective date.
