Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

The riverwalk located on the grounds of Lowell Heritage State Park in the city of Lowell shall be designated and known as the Scott Finneral Memorial Riverwalk. The department of environmental management shall erect a suitable marker bearing such designation in compliance with the standards of said department.
