CHAPTER 79 AN ACT RELATIVE TO ACCESS TO DEPARTMENT OF EMPLOYMENT SECURITY RECORDS BY THE MASSACHUSETTS PAROLE BOARD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Clause (4) of paragraph (c) of section 46 of chapter 151A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 1994 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "probation", in line 26, the following words:- or parole.
