CHAPTER 116 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF WESTPORT TO REIMBURSE CERTAIN TAX PAYMENTS.
PrevNextBe it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Westport is hereby authorized to reimburse Marie H. Hadfield the sum of $3,398.05 and Clemotine Hadfield the sum of $568.55 paid to said town as real estate taxes for fiscal years 1967 to 1991, inclusive.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
