  • CHAPTER 210 AN ACT EXEMPTING THE POSITION OF CHIEF OF POLICE IN THE TOWN OF ACTON FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE LAW.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


SECTION 1. Chapter 493 of the acts of 1938 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
