Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 3 of chapter 40 of the General Laws relative to the maximum time for the lease of property, the town of Hull, acting by and through its board of selectmen, may lease a certain parcel of land and the building thereon for a period not to exceed 25 years. Said parcel is shown as Lot 98 on Assessor's Map 34.
