Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
Subsection (d) of section 7 of chapter 150E of the
General Laws, as appearing in the 1996 Official Edition, is hereby amended by
inserting after the word "forty-one", in
line 49, the following words:- or of a police commissioner or
other head of a police or public safety department of a municipality.
