Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Notwithstanding section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, the licensing authority in the town of Palmer
may issue a license for the sale of wines and malt
beverages to be drunk on the premises under section 12 of
said chapter 138 Ronald Domey. The license shall be subject to all the
provisions of said chapter 138, except said section 17
and the licensing authority shall not approve the transfer of the license to
any other person, organization, corporation or location for a period of not
less than one year. The issuance of the license
shall reduce by one any increase in licenses issued under
said section 17.
SECTION 2.
This act shall take effect upon its passage.
