Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Notwithstanding chapter 136 and
sections 18 and 33 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, the holder of a
license under sections 18, 19B and 19C of said chapter 138
may deliver alcoholic beverages and wine and malt beverages in the city of
Boston on Sunday, July 16, 2000.
SECTION 2.
This act shall take effect upon its passage.
