Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Longmeadow, in the discretion of its board of selectmen, may charge a reduced fee for residents over the age of 65 for the use of the town's recycling center.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
