Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 14 of chapter 275 of the acts of 1986 is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 6 to 9, inclusive, the words ", and the remaining two members of the board of assessors shall receive as compensation a minimum of ten percent of the salary of the town manager".
