Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 1 of chapter 123A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "seventy-four", in line 52, the following words:- or a like violation of the laws of another state, the Untied States or a military, territorial or Indian tribal authority.
