Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Swampscott, acting by and through its board of selectmen, may use
10.1 acres of land, more or less, being a portion of park land known as Jackson
Park in the town of Swampscott, as a site for a new high school building
together with parking and other uses related thereto. The park land is shown
on a plan entitled "Plan of Land Jackson Park, Essex Street, Swampscott, MA"
prepared for Symmes, Maini and McKee by Surveying and Mapping Consultants of
Braintree, Ma, dated May 15, 2003, to be recorded in the Essex county registry
of deeds.
