Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives
in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same,
as follows:
The town of Wareham may lay, construct, maintain, operate, repair, change the
size of, or replace a sewer in a certain parcel of park land located in
and owned by the town, if the town provides appropriate mitigation for this
sewer easement for the purposes of Article XLIX, as appearing in Article XCVII,
of the Amendments to the Constitution. The area shall consist of a permanent
strip of
land 35 feet wide and a temporary strip of land 35 feet wide on either side
of the permanent strip. The parcel is described in an instrument recorded at
the Plymouth county registry of deeds, Book 3672, Page 258.
