Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 480 of chapter 159 of the acts of 2000 is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-

The commission may accept funds, including gifts, donations, grants or bequests or any federal funds available for the purposes of this section. Such funds shall be deposited in a separate account to be expended at the discretion of the commission to meet the operational costs associated with the commission.
