Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 139 of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the fifth sentence the following sentence:- The office on disability shall adopt rules and regulations for the licensing of service dogs and no fee shall be charged for a license for a dog recognized as a service dog.
