Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 9 of chapter 183A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the last paragraph.

SECTION 2. Section 1 shall apply to all condominium unit deeds, whether recorded prior to, on or after the effective date of this act.
