AN ACT FURTHER REGULATING THE PROBATE CODE
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is forthwith to further regulate the probate code, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Section 44 of chapter 521 of the acts of 2008, as amended by section 23 of chapter 409 of the acts of 2010, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 3, the words “January 2, 2012” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- March 31, 2012.
