Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

Section 2 of chapter 449 of the acts of 2002 is hereby amended by inserting after the word “Inc.”, the first time it appears, the following words:- , a representative of the Saugus River Watershed Council.
