Session Laws

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

Notwithstanding section 4A of chapter 40 of the General Laws or any other general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, any agreement for a term of more than 2 years made by the town of Middleborough with any other governmental unit regarding a sale by the town of water or wastewater treatment services shall be subject to a vote of a town meeting.
