AN ACT RELATIVE TO FUNDING OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS IN THE TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of North Andover shall approve funding of each collective bargaining agreement entered into by the board of selectmen and the school committee by a separate vote at a town meeting.
