AN ACT DESIGNATING A CERTAIN BRIDGE IN THE TOWN OF NEWBURY AS THE JOHN B. HAYDEN BRIDGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

Bridge N-10-010 spanning the Parker river in the town of Newbury shall be designated and known as the John B. Hayden Bridge in honor of the commonwealth’s highway engineer and dedicated public servant. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing this designation in compliance with the standards of the department and any historic preservation guidelines or statutes.
