AN ACT ELIMINATING A SUB-PRECINCT IN THE TOWN OF MEDWAY
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the approval of precincts in the town of Medway by the local election districts review commission on October 15, 2021 or any general or special law to the contrary, census block 250214081022020 in the town of Medway shall be moved from precinct 1 to precinct 2. This change shall remain in effect until the drawing of new precincts after the 2030 federal census in accordance with section 6 of chapter 54 of the General Laws.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
