CHAPTER 1 RESOLVE EXTENDING THE TIME WITHIN WHICH THE SPECIAL COMMISSION ESTABLISHED TO MAKE AN INVESTIGATION AND STUDY RELATIVE TO REVISING THE VEHICLE EMISSIONS INSPECTIONS AND MAINTENANCE PROGRAM SHALL FILE ITS REPORT.

RESOLVED, That the time within which each of the special commissions, established by chapter three of the resolves of nineteen hundred and ninety-one, shall file a final report is hereby extended to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and ninety-three.
