Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to maximize effective emergency and 911 dispatch services as well as regional interoperability for the citizens of the commonwealth, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public safety.
