By Mr. Durant of Spencer, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 2141) of Peter J. Durant, Paul K. Frost and Bruce E. Tarr for legislation to require that reports of state fire code violations be forwarded to the local marshal or head of the local fire department. Public Safety and Homeland Security.
