Rogers (by vote of the town) relative to the transfers of licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk on the premises and licenses for the sale of wines and malt beverages not to be drunk on the premises in the town of Belmont. Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure. [Local Approval Received.]
