By Representative Jones of North Reading and Senator Tarr, a joint petition (subject to Joint Rules 12 and 9) of Bradley H. Jones, Jr., Bruce E. Tarr and others (by vote of the towns) that the town of Andover and the town of North Reading be authorized to enter into an agreement for the supply of potable water. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]
