SENATE, Monday, April 23, 2018 - The committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 406) of Harriette L. Chandler, James M. Cantwell, Jason M. Lewis, Lori A. Ehrlich and other members of the General Court for legislation to protect dogs at boarding kennels and daycare facilities; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 461) of Mark C. Montigny, James R. Miceli, Paul R. Heroux and Sal N. DiDomenico for legislation to require the supervision of animals at day care services; and (accompanied by bill, House, No. 407) of James M. Cantwell , Hannah Kane and others relative to rules and regulations governing boarding kennels and daycare facilities for dogs,- reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2461).
