By Representative Sabadosa of Northampton and Senator Comerford, a joint petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Lindsay N. Sabadosa and Joanne M. Comerford that the commissioner of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance be authorized to convey a certain parcel of land in the city of Northampton to said city. State Administration and Regulatory Oversight.

Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to forthwith authorize the transfer of a certain parcel of land in the city of Northampton, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
