SENATE, February 6, 2020 - The committee on Senate Ways and Means to whom was referred the Senate Bill relative to mental health parity implementation (Senate, No. 588) (also based on Senate, No. 1148), - reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment substituting a new draft entitled "An Act addressing barriers to care for mental health" (Senate, No. 2519).
