Timilty and other members of the General Court for legislation to prevent wage theft, promote employer accountability, and enhance public enforcement; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1107) of Marc R. Pacheco for legislation to clarify employer sanctions for improper expenditure of withholdings or deductions from wages, reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2939).
