AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF BILLERICA TO EXECUTE A CERTAIN LEASE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of Billerica, acting by and through its board of selectmen, may lease the Billerica Museum to the Billerica Historical Society for a term of 99 years on terms and conditions that the town meeting may authorize.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
