AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE TOWN OF AUBURN TO CONVEY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. The first sentence of section 3 of chapter 66 of the acts of 2006 is hereby amended by striking out the words “the period of July 1, 2006, to February 28, 2007, inclusive” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- a 10 month period, commencing from the date of conveyance of 90 Auburn street to Chao Lee, LLC.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
