AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE DURATION OF CONTRACTS FOR THE POSITION OF CHIEF OF POLICE IN THE TOWN OF NATICK.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Notwithstanding section 97A of chapter 41 of the General Laws, the board of selectmen of the town of Natick may enter into employment contracts for the position of chief of police for terms not to exceed 5 years.
