AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN OF THE TOWN OF SHERBORN TO ENTER INTO AN EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT FOR THE POSITION OF POLICE CHIEF.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Notwithstanding chapter 30B of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the board of selectmen of the town of Sherborn may enter into an employment contract for the position of police chief of the town for a term not to exceed 5 years in accordance with section 108O of chapter 41 of the General Laws.
