AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE REMOVAL OF COMMEMORATIVE FLAG HOLDERS FROM THE GRAVES OF VETERANS AND CERTAIN POLICE AND FIRE PERSONNEL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
Section 73 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 2 and 3, the words “veteran’s grave marker or metal plaque” and inserting in place thereof the following words:— American flag, veteran’s grave marker, metal plaque, veteran’s commemorative flag holder, commemorative flag holder representing service in a police or fire department.
