AN ACT VALIDATING THE ACTIONS TAKEN AT THE ANNUAL TOWN ELECTION HELD IN THE TOWN OF DUDLEY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 10 of chapter 39 and section 64 of chapter 54 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the votes taken by the town of Dudley at its June 15, 2015 annual town election, and all actions taken pursuant thereto and in reliance thereon, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if the town had complied with all statutory requirements for posting a warrant for the election.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
