AN ACT VALIDATING ACTIONS TAKEN BY THE TOWN OF TEMPLETON AT THE ANNUAL TOWN MEETING HELD ON MAY 14, 2016.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or town by-law to the contrary, the actions and proceedings taken by the town of Templeton at the annual town meeting held on May 14, 2016, are hereby ratified, validated, approved and confirmed in all respects.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage
