AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TREASURER OF PLYMOUTH COUNTY TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The treasurer of Plymouth county, with the approval of the advisory board on county expenditures, may transfer all monies remaining in the post-war rehabilitation fund established pursuant to chapter 5 of the acts of 1943 to the stabilization fund of that county to be expended by the county commissioners with the approval of the advisory board.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
