An Act to restore an independent safe driver insurance plan..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The first sentence of the tenth paragraph of Section 113B of Chapter 175 is hereby deleted, and the following sentence is substituted therefor:

Regardless of whether the commissioner fixes and establishes risks and premium charges, the commissioner shall establish a safe driver insurance plan to equitably reflect the driving records of insureds.
