An Act relative to structured settlements and reserves..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. The first sentence of Section 120F of Chapter 175 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following:-  ; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to annuities issued to fund structured settlement agreements

SECTION 2. Sections 1-3 of Chapter 230 of the Acts of 2008 are hereby repealed.
