An Act to allow TIF funds to be used for telephone wire installation..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Subsection (ii) of section 59 of chapter 40 of the  General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting ,after the word “plan” in line 20, the following words:-

which may include the design, cost and installation of underground telephone wires
