An Act relative to condominium fees.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 183A of the 2006 Official Edition of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding after SECTION 11e the following:-f. No condominium unit should be required to pay more in fees than any other unit of equal square footage, regardless of what floor the unit is on.
