An Act to remove certain information from criminal record information records..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1.  Section 167 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended as follows:-

By amending line 14 of section 167 as so appearing by inserting after the word, “release,”  the following:-

“except for  a complaint under chapter 209A of the General Laws.”
