An Act Relative to the Third District Court of Plymouth..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1:  Section 10 of Chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 59, the words “third district court of Plymouth;”

SECTION 2: Said section of said chapter 218 is hereby further amended by inserting, after the words “second district court of Plymouth;” in line 63, the following words:- 

“third district court of Plymouth;

SECTION 3:  Said section of Chapter 218 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by  inserting , after the words, “second district court of Plymouth” in line 129, the following words:- 

“third district court of Plymouth.”
